MiDAS Certificate Holders
Congratulations on completing your new driver or refresher MiDAS training. MiDAS - the Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme - is an important scheme providing a nationally recognised standard for minibus drivers and has is designed to enhance minibus driving standards and promote the safer operation of minibuses.

Keep your MiDAS Certificate somewhere safe, we can't issue replacements.
A driver’s certificate lasts for four years and you may need to present your physical certificate when booking or picking up the District minibus.
The Certificate Number is required when completing a Driver Registration Form.
Refresher Training
When the time comes, make sure you book your refresher training in good time.
Portsmouth Scouts organises MiDAS Standard Assessment Certificate training for Driver Refreshers. Sessions are open to anyone requiring MiDAS training, whether a member of Scouts or not.
