District Minibus - make a booking
Bookings are SELF-SERVICE and made using the OSM Booking Portal (Venues). You don't need an existing OSM account to make a booking. Please be sure to follow the new booking and user instructions provided.

Configuration 1 = 16 passengers (+1 driver)
Configuration 2 = 11 seated passengers & 1 wheelchair passenger (+1 driver)
Make a booking...
Either:
A) Click the green Book Online Today button to get started.
If prompted sign in to OSM using your login detils
ORclick "Create Account" to set up a new one. Look for the My Venue Booking menu item after you've logged in / registered.Sign in to OSM if prompted or click "Create Account" to set up a new one.

Use the Booking Calendar to confirm availability for your required date/s.
Click + ADD BOOKING to start a reservation.
OR B) Create an Event in OSM (for existing OSM users).
Set up an Event in OSM as usual.
Go to Venue Bookings on the navigator.
Select Hilsea Minibus from the Venue list.
Select your organisation type.
Click + CREATE BOOKING to start a reservation.
Update CORE DETAILS as required.
NOTE: Number of Leaders and Number of Young People are not required.Update BOOKABLE ITEMS for every part (evening or day) required.
for bookings of 1 or more days - select DAY BOOKING item
for evening bookings - select EVENING BOOKING item
Select a TIME SLOT for every day/evening of your booking. (ie for a 3 day booking, select all three slots - repeating step 3 and 4 each time).
When all Time Slots are booked, add a single BOOKING OPTIONS item and complete the question prompts as needed.
Check all answers and click SUBMIT BOOKING to complete your booking request.
